I would like to submit, though, that this offer does not
apply to the popular M- and T-series routers from Juniper,
which are typically deployed by service providers. The
certification for the M/T-series routers is based on the
"Service Provider" track.

This offer applies to what Juniper call:

        o Enterprise Routing
        o Enterprise Switching
        o Security Track

The certification will, however, expose candidates to JUNOS,
as well as "enterprise-type" platforms such as the J-series
router and EX-series switches, as well as a bunch of their
security platforms, e.g., NetScreen, SRX, SSG, e.t.c.

Learning how to use JUNOS on the J- and EX-series platforms
will provide general understanding on how JUNOS works, since
it's fundamentally the same. The only differences are
hardware and specific software features and feature sets
that apply to particular platforms.

The SRX is similar in form-factor to the MX-series
(classified as a service provider device), but is built as a
large scale security device, which still runs JUNOS also.

Cheers,

Mark.
