Hi Guys I believe most of you have read or heard about the mess in the Ministry of ICT regarding the operationalisation of the National IT Authority (NITA-U). Alot of politics has come into the picture and distorted everything to the extent that a position of Executive Director which should be advertised wasn't with a preference for handpicking political stooges. I have come up with an online petition that I would like any one concerned about ICT in Uganda to sign for further presentation to the SPeaker of Parliament.
