it actually works surprisingly well. and we now have several people in my office that have canned theirs vista/win7 computers for OsX without having to pay for the hardware. There is no activation # for osX so you can install it on as many pcs as you want. Im pretty sure apple wouldn't be too happy about this, but they also have no mechanism for enforcing their will on lowly end users :)
