Hi,

Co-locating for a client in Juba in East-Africa is not a good idea. Until the
chinese have finished their cable from Lamu to Juba all traffic in Juba will
go up the satelite and land in the US or Europe. Renting a server there makes
much more sense, as, in internet-speak, it is actually closer to Juba.

We are happy www.hetzner.de clients.
