There's tons of solutions; some very good, others less so. What kind of depth/quality and interactivity are you looking at? Do you need two-way A/V communications? Do you need remote interactivity with files and presentations? What's your budget? How many hours a day? Do you need to simultaneously link feeds from separate locations? We'd need all this and more to provide any meaningful help, although I'd also recommend doing as much homework as you can on this so you can ask the right questions, and weed out the truth from the FUD.
