Interesting,
Let me just say that the certifieds & degree guys/gals don't have much to prove 
what they know or can do, so they will get hired based on paper. The 
experienced depend on getting 'greased and sweaty'. So do you hire the guy/gal 
who looks like he/she can do it or the gal/guy who has the battle scars?
