I could be wrong about the OP, but I think we might be going
off tangent on this one.
Unless the OP is an operator, there is no feasible way to
build a so-called "converged" network across the span in
question (note I say "feasible", not "possible").
I suspect three things are being asked here:
* what technologies can I ask my providers to use to build
me this network?
* how can my provider help me with ensuring quality?
* what can I, myself, do to ensure quality?
One other question that would need to be answered is where
are the A, B, C, D, e.t.c. end-points? This would help
determine which providers can be used for the span.
