Real interesting. Definitly things for Uganda will be rather different than for 
New York City.

Here are mine:

- more ugandan websites will get a mobile version from day 1
- more people will install alternatives for adobe reader, because of bloath 
and security
- html5 and jscript will put a dent in flash dominancy
- ie6 will survive with insane ratings (anything above 0% is) in uganda
- more medium-sized companies in uganda will switch to ubuntu instead of 
windows 7. the rest will stay on XP.
- some big foreign website players will arrive in uganda and push locally 
hosted content forward
- more software as a services (SAAS) offerings will become available in uganda. 
even stressing the importance of local connectivity more.
