Hi pple, I'm looking out for recommendations for a syslog server solution.
The idea is to have a central location where logs from syslog clients are dumped. I'm open to both *free* and commercial solutions for as long as they can be implemented on *nix OS. Any tried and tested recommendations? Or otherwise? Thanks! ps: I came across this http://www.splunk.com/ Has anyone tried it out before?
