Google maps is not accurate at all! For tourists this does not matter tough but for locals it does.
Here in Kampala Mbuya hill Google tells you you can drive across the hill! at 2 places that is and that's not true, the same applies for M7's locked place above The Sheraton. It's nice to have on your iphone in the USA or Europe Yes but not here. Use Garmn Mobile XT on you symbian phone (not Iphone) with autorouting with a routable T4a map at http://www.tracks4africa.com/ Gip mapping Uganda Oh and for Reinier.. openstreetmaps is more accurate to to but has no routing for you from Kampala to QE.
