Somehow I doubt that anyone here will be able to help you when you provide so little information about what these files are, where you found the links that don't work or what you're trying to achieve by downloading files that don't exist. Clearly Novell doesn't, or no longer wishes to give anyone these files, or just plain forgot about them.
