If you try to download random files that nobody knows anything about from 
a server that doesn't exist, that tends to happen. Somehow I doubt that 
anyone here will be able to help you when you provide so little 
information about what these files are, where you found the links that 
don't work or what you're trying to achieve by downloading files that 
don't exist. You might find it helpful to read this:

If this is related to http://www.jeffman.com/kb/entry/7/, which is the 
only page I can find on the web that even mentions these file names, I 
think you'd better ask jeffman as it appears he's the only person in the 
world who claims to know anything about them. Clearly Novell doesn't, or 
no longer wishes to give anyone these files, or just plain forgot about 
them.
