I have been hunting for a solution to this problem for about 2 weeks now,
and have reached the end of my rope (and the clients rope as well)

Have a zimbra server version 6.0.4. There is a feature for global email
disclaimer that i can not get to work. On my test servers it works
perfectly, but for the client NOTHING!! :)

Anyway i think i have the problem narrowed down and wouldlike some insight
into how to solve it. Below is a snippet of the zimbra.log showing the
issue.

It seems amavis thinks all internal emails are actually coming from another
server via an open relay, and is therefore skipping over the process of
adding the disclaimer. (log below from working server)

This Zimbra sever being the secondary server and the web based godaddy
service being the primary. i was forced to setup what they call split
domains. If an internal users sends an email to [email protected], and
userb doesn't exist on the zimbra server. the message will then be sent to
the external relay so it can be sent to the godaddy hosted email. if user b
exists on godaddy, message delivered. if userb does not exist on goddady,
then bounce back: address does not exist for specified domain. This part
works perfect, but i think it is also what is breaking the global
disclaimer.

Any LUGurus have any ideas?
