Fedora is directly sponsored by RedHat (you will even find the RedHat logo
on the fedora site). Fedora is RedHat but with newest versions of components
commonly called bleeding edge software. Fedora is basically a testing ground
for future RedHat releases.

If what you want is an identical distro to redhat, look at centos.
