Yeah Kyle and I looked at building this a little while back. The software side unfortunately has lapsed as they have taken the project commercial. Could probably re-create it though and much easier with a little bit of thought.
The idea would be sticking one of these down all over the shop, Garden City etc. The other plus is you can distribute any type of content, so even Creative Commens music etc. Wikipedia, RACHEL. Eventually these could be connected to the Internet and refresh the content nightly. Still a cheaper way of distributing content I would think?
