Dear Lug,
Greetings ...

What am about to say can just be ignored esp. if its against the LUG policy..

--My suggestion is:

The INTRO of the lug mail is so long and **un-necessary-
It discourages to read on till the last sentence ..most times
am like, its long for now.i will get back to it ..and surely i forget to.

I suggest the i-network kind of discussion ..ie first thing i should see is the
message it self ...(not sub/unsub-scription instructions and titles ...)

A request, probably an obvious one: for future meetings, could more than
seven hours notice be given? I didn't even see this email until after the
meeting...
