Thank you Joseph for the poll, The poll was rigged, however this rigging was not significant enough to call for nullification, and anyway, it would not have affected the final outcome.
Based on these grounds, i congratulate the winner. *A minor note:* Next time, when you volunteer to do something, it doesn't abdicate you from responsibility. Its like saying, am volunteering to teach math at this rural school, it doesn't matter if, i teach the kids badly, or they fail
