Hi, AFAIK, if utl has activated their cache, they are obliged to share it over the UIXP?
Assuming they dont cache the whole of youtube, shall we all have a look at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6XAPnuFjJc to see if it works on our networks? And report back if it does? I think on the datanet network, it doesnt work, slow as ever.
