With the same hardware, I'd thinking about clonezilla.org/ which is a GNU
version of what Symantec Ghost does.  if they are networked you can set
clonezilla up to a PXE drop of the image from a single server.

Otherwise you could try the various unattended installs programs,
nLite, Almeza,
and more (google automated windows install).
