Hi Brian,

Take a look at the FOSS migration that was performed at Uganda Martyrs
University some years ago. There are an enormous amount of lessons to
be learned (good/bad) from this project. A writeup of the project is

The book that I wrote with Arjan de Jager on Free and Open Software
