I am trying to get it to run on cent os.
I also added these commands

ln -s /etc/init.d/<script name.sh> /etc/rc.d/rc5.d/S50<script name.sh>
ln -s /etc/init.d/<script name.sh> /etc/rc.d/rc5.d/K50<script name.sh>
