Hi Richard,
If the ISP cannot offer you a DID as Paul advised, I can order for you from my supplier they take 3 days to get here. If you want to enjoy paka last like kind of services in your office and for development. The GSM gateway could be an answer. I have a couple of installations and clients are enjoying them. There are a number of ISPs that have number ranges (typically 020-xxx-xxxx) allocated, and have interconnects with the existing GSM operators. They are your best bet. I'm sure they'll speak up soon enough. P. On Aug 12, 2010, at 00:46, Richard Jeong wrote: I've got a project running that needs to connect local numbers to CloudVox.com (Asterisk to Apps and more). I'm looking into getting a DID that relays to VOIP, but I'm not depending on that. (If you have info on this, I'd appreciate it, but not the main question.) I've found several GSM VOIP gateways on the net starting around $150 and on up <http://www.google.com/products?q=voip+gsm+gateway> from there, but before I go the international acquisition route has anyone on this see this list seen these in Uganda? Can you give me any hints on where I can find them?
