Phillip,

I realized after you made your blog-post that file uploads were disabled
for blogs.  This has now been changed.

Now you can upload your .py file to the LUG site directly.  Simply "edit"
your blog-post, scroll down to "File attachments," and upload it there. 
You can then hotlink to the file's new URL in the post itself.

I also made another change to the blog system:

The "Related to" field is no longer required for blogs.  If your blog is
related to a LUG event or news article, however, not properly setting the
"Related to" field will result in your blog not properly displaying in the
"Write-ups" section of events and such -- so take care to use it properly
when necessary.
