Phillip, I realized after you made your blog-post that file uploads were disabled for blogs. This has now been changed.
Now you can upload your .py file to the LUG site directly. Simply "edit" your blog-post, scroll down to "File attachments," and upload it there. You can then hotlink to the file's new URL in the post itself. I also made another change to the blog system: The "Related to" field is no longer required for blogs. If your blog is related to a LUG event or news article, however, not properly setting the "Related to" field will result in your blog not properly displaying in the "Write-ups" section of events and such -- so take care to use it properly when necessary.
