If you don't have a valid ptr record those servers tend to delay your mail as 
they think you might be a spammer.

Visit http://www.mxtoolbox.com and type in your domain. It will be one of the 
tests that is run. If you don't have a ptr. Contact you ISP about this. If they 
give you some bull about it being your responsibility ask to talk to the NOC 
and someone who knows what a ptr is.
