Hi, I am quite sure the trick is in this package:
sudo apt-get install usb-modeswitch (k)ubuntu has difficulties with the huawei modems being a disk (which it doesnt use anyways) *and* a modem. Sometimes it will find the disk first, and forget about the modem. this packages solves that and make sure ubuntu will always find the modem. -- rgds, Reinier Battenberg Director Mountbatten Ltd. +256 758 801 749 www.mountbatten.net On Monday 13 September 2010 19:31:52 byekwaso wilson wrote: > Hi guys, > I need some help.
