My main issue is that Kyle and I have asked Kiggs to allow us to intergrate the
website with the mailing list for months. We have just hosted the second of two
events this month with over a hundred people attending each. Having to explain
to them the difference between having to sign up to the website and how to sign
up to the mailing list is frankly inefficient and more than a little
annoying/embarressing. Also it would frankly very useful for us to know how
many people have signed up after an event, check historical growth rates and
all the other good stuff that comes with having access to statistical data.

While the mailing list has been very reliable, and Kiggs has been doing a very
respectable job maintaining it, technical issues can and do happen. In these
instatances it would be extremely benefical to have another admin available in
the event Kiggs is not.
