Thanks for pointing out the Ubuntu-powered Internet cafe in Ntinda!  Had no 
idea it was there -- I'll definitely stop by soon to have a look.

John, glad to hear the news!  

Aside from Wilson's recommendations, I suggest that you talk to the guys at S7 
School / Jet Internet Cafe in Kisugu (around the corner from IHK).   They run 
an Ubuntu/Linux-based school + Internet cafe though I don't recall which 
management software they use.
