a) Government initiatives (Policy papers, Law, Bill) b) Commercial undertakings (ISPs, Telecos, SMEs') c) Advocacy / Promotion and sensitization ventures d) Research and Technical activities e) Lessons learned so far Highly appreciate any feedback.
