Hi,

Its been a week that i can not access http://www.gta.gov.zw/

I contacted my ISP and they say its their upstream provider, so they were not
going to do anyting (?)

So, i did, and contacted SEACOM via their website. I did not get a response
from them too.

What is the normal procedure for this? Its still totally possible that its all
the http://www.gta.gov.zw/ managers fault, but i would not know if it is, and
with my ISP and their upstream being not very helpful, where do I go (except
the competition using TEAMS, which seems to work.)
