Well it's not funny when you actually see what happened in Egypt, what is trying to happen in Bahrain , Syria , Libya its no longer a joke or a myth that technology actually played a big part in the uprise of Egypt and Tunisia, if it was the case in Uganda it would be terrible not for the country but al ot of people will die because am sure the goverment will not spare anyone or hold back on the tear gas and rubber bullets.
Offcourse you who is sitting comfortably miles away might not understand the potential of the imminent disaster if anything was to go wrong with the Ugandan elections. Just a thought.
