I customized the bash script for a client & life was good!. Unfortunately, I
have failed to ssh into the server for some reason. Anyways, you will have
to define the interfaces & GWs plus weights if you need to do load balancing
on the ext interfaces. But if you don't need any load balancing, tweaking it
slightly would get you there and I bet will be a good starting point.

Just in case you fail, please post back with your configuration specifics
and i could steal an hour off to customize the script to your needs.
