Well,
This is my samba conf that allows guest access on openSUSE.
The differences I see are mainly to do with "passdb backend". Your config
seems to synchronize with /etc/passwd, not sure if that's an issue.
[global]
workgroup = NDIKU
server string = Lenovo Ideapad Y550P
map to guest = Bad User
passdb backend = smbpasswd
username map = /etc/samba/smbusers
printcap name = cups
usershare allow guests = Yes
admin users = pndiku
cups options = raw
hide special files = Yes
