Hi, I dont mind setting up a drupal group, but if members agree, we could also invite students to ask questions here.
After all, the next assignment might be about hacking the kernel :-) Just to show off to your fellow students, you can already mention them this rule of Drupal: Never touch core! Never change any of the code that you initially download. We have all felt tempted to do it at some point, but even when your lecturer encourages you to do so, explain him, that every time someone hacks core, a little kitten dies. And that is where the name of the infamous rockband comes from: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Od1LfPMZis (music starts at 0:57, and the more you learn drupal, the more funny this actually gets) -- rgds, Reinier Battenberg Director Mountbatten Ltd. +256 758 801 749 www.mountbatten.net On Thursday 17 March 2011 14:09:43 byekwaso wilson wrote: > Hi guys, > One of our lectures at school has taken a huge leap that may see FOSS get > some attention and i think we should capitalize on it.
