I don't really get what Ultimate Edition actually is... but with SUSE Studio (http://susestudio.com/), you can roll a custom distro (or vmware virtual appliance) in 15 minutes with a beautiful web-based interface. Used it last week to build a custom openSUSE for a web-based application and it's amazing.
