I guess you are running cPanel ...Have you checked with your "cPHulk Brute Force app.."
Most likely it has locked orange out and I highly doubt the reverse ...

For some strange reason, when we or our clients re-boot the orange
connection, all is well and dandy for the next few hours until it happens
again. Its a cycle. server is not in UG
