Dear LUG-gers.
Please come to my rescue.
I am looking for a web-based OSS database application with real time
personal-data entry to include a photograph.
The raw field data should not be broadcast online but pend an
administrator's edits and approval, accordingly, and post it for public
viewing or other possible edits necessary from someone else.
This implies something like three levels of access to the system.
