even LUG was very slow for years, with no emails for months dont expect to
launch the group and have instant success, am not saying that the status quo
cant be improved, what are your target areas for membership, have you involved
working professionals in the area, you might want to go beyond Mbarara and
reach out to the entire Western region, (Kabale, et al)
