Hi Derrick,

there is very little need for winblows applications on linux. Most 
functionality is available by different apps.

you can edit documents in libreoffice, images in gimp, surf in firefox (ah, 
you knew that one), edit textfiles in Kate (or gEdit).

Tell us what you want to do, and pretty sure, we can point you to native linux 
software that can do the job.
