Dear LUG, I recently got an Ubuntu 10.04 CD from LUG to share and preach to my coursemates. I have been able to get the educational tools required or our course from some sources online; such as MATLAB and LabVIEW. I also was able install Multisim on a virtual machine. I need some help still.
1. If I upgrade to Ubuntu 11.04, shall I be able to retain the programs I installed already? 2. If I make a Live CD using Remastersys, shall I be able to retain the virtual OS on Virtual box? If not is there an alternative because WINE just doesn't support Multisim installation. 3. Can someone suggest for me a C++ programming tool or a multiple language programming tool(with compiler) that runs on Ubuntu. 4. I need Ubuntu 11.04. Help!!!! PS: That game rocks!
