OK, this might sound stupid but its my first time working with Asterisk and 
wish to implement it ..

QN: if I can have a modem detected in /dev/ (eg ttyUSB1) should that be 
sufficient to use Asterisk to it's full capacity?
especially for IVR? and also as a PBX all through this modem?
