Hello LUG,

Center for Open Source Software - http://coss.ug is in its early stages, and
in the spirit of FOSS, we would like to receive donations in the categories
below:

a) Furniture - if you have some office furniture lying around, that you can
spare, we would like to have it. If you know someone closing shop and would
happily seed furniture to us, we would be happy to share our goals and
vision with them. Please do plan to put in writing - to avoid any legal
eventualities.

b) Equipment - Yes, stuff! Stuff yo not using, but can be helpful for an
office. Computers, Staplers...u name it! We will be happy to receive it!
[Victor, do you see what we are thinking???]

c) Skill - Web Design Skills (and time of course), Course Development &
Training Skills as well as Marketing Skills - Basically we need your skill.
At this stage, we cant afford it, but we know you are there, and you are
good at it already.

d) Time - For Advocacy! We need as many people with the ideal connections
with whom we can meet and share our goals and visions, so they can put in a
word for us wherever they go!

e) Blank Cheques??? - well, not too many but certainly.

Its the Uganda Center for Open Source Software, and we know that without
community, we cannot exist. Without you, we cant do much.

As much as possible, we would like to receive donations in good faith, and
without any strings attached. We will certainly mention you on our heroes'
list on our website <http://coss.ug>!

Hoping to hear from you soon.

Love indeed conquers all.....
Brian A. Ssennoga
