you might get an app which does what you want, in my view most apps that do 80% 
of what, also have several bugs

why not get your hands a little bit dirty, with Drupal 7, in 2 - 4 hours you 
just might be in some luck

You might have a bit of luck if you get an account at
http://freshmeat.net/ and look at the apps.

Registering lets you do more advanced filtering than anonymous users.
