Hi Chris, According to the Google EULA, I am not allowed to use that information to update Openstreetmap.
The way to edit the university location is to press 'Edit', then create an account, login, and go back to the Edit page with an authenticated session. You will see the green dot representing the university, and probably, drag it to the neighbours house (there is 2 very similar houses next to eachother, I picked the north one).
