Hi,
for a partner organisation we are looking for someone who can extend an
existing open source rails application with a few features, one of them being a
payment gateway for mobile money. Budget is not unlimited, but coolness is.
If you can, pretty independently, design and implement such a solution, please
send me your cv, including links to previous floss projects you have been
working on, offlist.
