We can also fix the problem at its core, which is to tell Airtel to support 
youtube. 

Owen, how did you get onto the Airtel network in the first place? I can 
connect, but i have no idea what the new way of loading credit to my internet 
subscription is. The old way, using your browser, didnt seem to work.

Once I am on, i'll surely try youtube, and if I got the same problem, then we 
can complain together.
