Great achievement of IHSU. Congs! Thank also Prof Deirdre Carabine who believed in the potential of FOSS and pushed for it at the start of IHSU (as she is also doing now at the Virtual University of Uganda - virtualuni.ac.ug). VUU is another marvelous FOSS project in UG.
