Hi Mike,
Marvell is the manufacturer and provides the software in this case. They
are not interested running Windows 8 on this box, hence they wouldn't
implement any blocks for their own product.

Question is, I mean, could it be that this device is the smallest "linux
server" in the world? It has the size of a phone charger which you
simply plug into the wall. It has an inbuilt Access Point so students
can connect and open e-learning content via Wifi (up to 60 students). It
can also serve as router to access the internet (2 gigabit ports).
Its basically the server part to the OLPC laptops/tablets, but can also
other laptops and handheld devices can connect.

Quite interesting, wonder how much it will cost.
