Torrents doesn't work that way. Sure, you could take down trackers, but there are thousands of them, and there are also trackerless torrents and more goodies on the way. So don't worry :) freedom has been oppressed for thousands of years without being fully extinguished. I don't think this civilisation will succeed with it, either.
