Just been looking at http://linuxtracker.org/ and have to agree it is a great site for distros. Now how about one for floss and gloss? I think Linux had the appstore long before apple Microsoft and google! Every distro comes with its own tool to find and download apps. A site to categorise and track these apps allowing for ranking would be nice. Sourceforge?

It is also where you find fringe distros or those that are not worthy of distrowatch's top 100. regards Joachim _______________________________________________ The Uganda Linux User Group: http://linux.or.ug Send messages to this mailing list by addressing e-mails to: [email protected] Mailing list archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Mailing list settings: http://kym.net/mailman/listinfo/lug To unsubscribe: http://kym.net/mailman/options/lug The Uganda LUG mailing list is generously hosted by INFOCOM: http://www.infocom.co.ug/ The above comments and data are owned by whoever posted them (including attachments if any).
