You might get luck by trying all of them, they all have different advantages (probably the most useless advice you have got in a minute but you can't fault me for trying)
For internet I would try to avoid celtel/zain or whatever new name they have now A little piece of outdated advice but utl for internet would be worth a shot T-Mobile.
