The letter does not give any timelines when it ehealth/mhealth projects will be allowed to go ahead, which means that either you seek authorization from the said office for your project or you do not implement anything on ehealth/mhealth for many years to come.
Problem is, so many beneficiaries are going to loose out on currently running ehealth/mhealth projects as they stop operations and work on getting authorization, which may never come if you do not know the right people to approach. @Benjamin: the LUG is not a registered entity. I remember there was a suggestion towards getting registered so that it could write letters or do such things but i don't think it was ever done.
